Through the Lense

It’s hard sometimes to see through the lense.
Often we focus on the intent and miss the obvious. Street photography is a good example of this. Candid shots are usually much more complete than those which are set up.
I went with a friend to visit a lost village yesterday with the promise of some Puffins nesting. An article about St Kilda and the lost village of Crawton was the goal.
On the way we spotted these trees.

A good comment for life. There a lot to be said for readjusting the focus from time to time.
